Oh, I am gonna love this site! What an amazing poem.
Thanks for putting this on your blog. I don’t write poetry at all, but this sure makes me wish I could. Wonderful!
By the way…I went to my first (and only) writer’s confernece last year and there was a huge discussion about the fact that Christian writers are generally quite uncomfortable (possibly embarassed somehow…not wanting to appear presumptious???) about giving themselves the title of “writer.”
It took me a while to get over this in fact. Now I’m happy, and “somewhat” comfortable calling myself a writer. I feel that this is the way God “bent” me. I need to own up to it. Ha!

Lynn that was amazing… I love writing…yet with each thing I write I know it is going to be my last…Oh faith don’t leave me now…I know the Lord has called me to write…why still I am not sure…Oh I have heart and I have life experience… just not sure the “write” experience…

I love the picture. I can imagine myself standing at the apex of the bridge, quietly standing as my heart breathes in the solitude and embraces the incredible beauty that surrounds and envelopes. Is that His voice I hear? I believe it is!
